Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of motion is training the brain to move better. We use simple corrective exercises to reinforce a movement pattern that will prevent future injuries. This is great for people who have shoulder pain, elbow pain, hip pain, knee pain, or other sports injuries. This movement foundation allows you to do the activities you love, like running, playing golf, or just being able to play with your children.

Corrective Exercises

These are exercises we use to help patients improve a certain movement patter, like hinging over at their hips to pick up something.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization

This movement therapy is great at teaching your body how to move again with proper core and breathing rhythms.  This is wonderful for people who have trouble squatting or if you sit a lot during the day.

Functional Movement Screens

These screens are what we utilize to visualize where people can improve on certain motions.

StrongFirst Training

We love utilizing kettlebells to help patients learn to properly lift weights while doing common daily movements. This is great for people who want to stay mobile and strong throughout their life.
