Dr. Jerry is a conscious provider focused on assessing the needs of his patients by looking at the entire individual rather than just the pain points of where symptoms occur. We discussed everything from physical health to nutrition, to spiritual and emotional health as they are all correlated to the issues we experience in our bodies. My appointments at Spine and Strength have helped be connect back to my body and core to find better stability in my kinetic chain. Additionally, we are working thru a serious of spine adjustments in order to gain better mobility in my neck at C5 where I've had a recurring issue and sticky joint as well as opening up my thoracic spine for better scapular movement. Highly recommend this practice for your Chiropractic needs!

I've been experiencing lower spine issues for years and general frustrations post-knee surgery. Dr. Jerry and Dr. Emily have been so helpful in their techniques.
