Vaccines are in the news these days!

I would like to take some time out to share some helpful tips and information to prep your mind and body if you decide to get the vaccine.  

MRNA vaccine research is not new, however they have not been used in a mass clinical setting before this current time frame. 

So we do not know any potential long term affects, like possible autoimmune reactions.  

We do see that natural immunity does seem to last longer than a vaccine immunity, however getting COVID naturally and also getting any vaccine can lead to an autoimmune reaction.  

What is also shown, is that if we have a strong T-Cell immune response, this appears to gives us a longer immunity-we have a great supplement called Congeplex and Immuplex which help support our T-Cell immune response mechanisms. 

Remember these MRNA are not “FDA approved” they are approved under an emergency use authorization, which has lesser safety standards than full FDA authorization.

There are now plenty of studies showing that the current vaccines are working in the present moment and is helping us get out of this pandemic. 

However, in order for your body to create the correct immune response, we need to have a healthy immune system.  The following is a way to support our immune system.  This is ideal for general immune support and can be done on a regular basis.   

1.) Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep/day the week leading up to your shot.  

2.) On the day of your shot, make sure you get some sort of cardiovascular exercise before your appointment. 

3.) Cut out refined sugars and add in plenty of fruits and veggies.    

Getting plenty of foods in our body and system that contain the following: Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamins A, C, D, and E, Glutothione and Omega 3 Fatty Acids is the goal.
